About
Dentist in Frankfort, IL

My goal is to change how you feel about going to the dentist.
I love what I do! I’m lucky that I get to work in a beautiful space, with a great team, and have the best patients. People make me smile! I not only get to improve the dental health of my patients, which is important. More important to me is that I develop life-long relationships with my patients. I am here for you- as your dentist and friend.
I’m a local girl! I grew up in Homewood and graduated from Homewood Flossmoor High school in 1996 (how fitting, considering my present career!). I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. After graduating college, I earned my Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005.
I spent the first 10 years of my dental career as an associate at dental offices in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. I learned all I could about dentistry and the business of dentistry. I bought this Frankfort practice in 2015. My practice was growing quickly, so I built our brand-new, gorgeous location in 2020. We were supposed to open our doors in March 2020 and then the pandemic hit! I am grateful that my team took this unforeseen challenge in stride. We all returned to our practice in May 2020 and have been going strong ever since!
I am passionate about learning and staying on the cutting edge. We take many hours of continuing education. I studied at the world-renowned Pankey Institute and am an active member in our local Spear study club where I get together with some of the best dentists in the area to learn and collaborate on various dental topics. I am also a member of the American Dental Association, The Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.
I live in Mokena, with my husband, Dave, and our 3 active boys- Drew, Jake, and Luke. Dave is a high school social studies teacher at Lincoln Way East High School in Frankfort and loves sports and coaching. He is very involved with athletics in our community with my boys. My boys love football, basketball and baseball. When I’m not in the office, I can usually be found at some park or field nearby, cheering them on. I also enjoy reading, traveling, working out, and bike rides. My favorite book is Harry Potter. I love the story and I love that I can now relive the magic by reading with my boys.
I can’t wait to meet you and your family! My goal is to provide all of you with the best dental experience you’ve ever had.
